1. Basic Policy
Atsushi Hiraoka, Attorney-at-Law (hereinafter referred to as the “Operator”), establishes this Privacy Policy as follows regarding the handling of user information in TimeCharge (hereinafter referred to as the “App”).
2. Information Handled by the App
The App handles the following information on the user’s device and on external services linked by the user:
(1) Google Account-related information
- Email address used by the App through Google Sign-In
- Authentication information issued by Google for use of the App
(2) Work records entered by the user
- Client name
- Matter name
- Work description
- Start time, end time, pause time, and work time
- Any other information voluntarily entered by the user
(3) Google Drive / Google Sheets-related information
- Folder name and folder ID selected or created by the user
- Spreadsheet name and spreadsheet ID selected or created by the user
- Data on Google Sheets that the App displays, creates, updates, or synchronizes
(4) App settings information
- Display language
- Save destination settings
- Recently used suggestion information
- Other settings information necessary for operation of the App
(5) Information related to subscription use
- Information concerning subscription status necessary to determine whether the user is eligible to use the paid features of the App
- Information provided to the App through Apple’s system in connection with purchases, renewals, cancellations, and similar matters
3. Methods of Collection and Handling
The App handles the information described in the preceding section by the following methods:
- When the user signs in with Google, the App receives the necessary authentication information from Google
- The App stores content entered by the user within the App on the user’s device
- In accordance with the user’s operations, the App obtains, stores, and updates necessary information through the Google Drive API and Google Sheets API
- In providing subscriptions for the App, the App uses Apple’s App Store / StoreKit system
- The Operator does not collect or store the information described in the preceding section on any server or similar system under the Operator’s control. However, in the course of the user’s use of Google services or Apple services, necessary information may be transmitted to the respective service providers
4. Purposes of Use
The App uses the information described in the preceding section for the following purposes:
- To authenticate users
- To save, update, delete, and reload records in Google Sheets
- To select, create, and switch destination spreadsheets and folders
- To display past input suggestions and improve convenience
- To save and apply app settings
- To determine subscription eligibility and provide paid features
5. Information Directly Obtained by the Operator
The Operator may directly obtain the following information only when the user makes an inquiry:
- Name or business name
- Email address
- Details of the inquiry
- Any other information voluntarily provided by the user
6. Purposes of Use of the Information Described in the Preceding Section
The Operator uses the information described in the preceding section for the following purposes:
- To respond to inquiries
- To respond where identity verification is necessary
- To make necessary communications from the Operator
7. External Services
The App uses the following external services:
- Google Sign-In
- Google Drive API
- Google Sheets API
- Apple App Store / StoreKit
With respect to the handling of information by these external services, it shall be subject to the privacy policies and other terms established by the respective service providers.
8. Provision to Third Parties
Except as required by law, the Operator does not provide user information to third parties. However, because the App operates in conjunction with Google and Apple services, necessary information may be transmitted to the respective service providers in the course of the user’s use of the App.
9. Storage Location
- Records and settings entered into the App are stored primarily on the user’s device
- The App’s internal storage files that store major work record data and similar data saved on the device are protected by iOS Data Protection settings. Accordingly, on supported devices, access to such storage files is restricted while the device is locked
- Records saved to Google Sheets are stored in a Google spreadsheet under the user’s own Google Account
- Purchase, billing, management, and related matters concerning subscriptions are handled through Apple’s system
- The Operator does not store the above information on any server under the Operator’s control
10. Retention Period
- Information stored on the device is retained until deleted by the user
- Information stored on Google Sheets is retained until deleted by the user on the Google side
- Information related to inquiries may be retained for the period necessary to respond and for any period required by law
11. User Control
Users may manage their information by the following methods:
- Changing settings within the App
- Deleting or modifying files on Google Drive / Google Sheets by themselves
- Revoking the App’s access rights from the permission management screen of their Google Account
- Managing or canceling subscriptions from Apple Account settings
- Deleting the App from their device
12. Use by Minors
If a minor uses the App, please use it with the consent of a parent or guardian as necessary.
13. Security Measures
The operator will take the following security measures to protect the information entered by users:
- The OS file protection function will be applied to record data, other database files, and related files stored by this application on the device, protecting them from access while the device is locked.
- Some authentication or setting-related information held by this application on the device will be protected using the OS standard secure storage mechanism.
- HTTPS encrypted communication will be used for communication between this application and Google Drive API, Google Sheets API, and other external services.
- This application does not obtain or store Google account passwords. Authentication with Google is performed through OAuth 2.0 and Google Sign-In.
- This application stores user record data on the user’s device and on Google Drive/Google Sheets selected by the user, and does not collect and store it all on the operator’s own server.
14. Changes to This Policy
The Operator may change this Policy as necessary. If any important changes are made, notice will be given within the App or on the relevant posted page.

弁護士平岡敦（以下「運営者」といいます。）は、TimeCharge（以下「本アプリ」といいます。）における利用者情報の取扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシーを定めます。
2. 本アプリが取り扱う情報
本アプリは、利用者の端末内および利用者が連携した外部サービス上で、次の情報を取り扱います。
(1) Google アカウント関連情報
・Google サインインにより本アプリが利用するメールアドレス
・Google が本アプリ利用のために発行する認証情報
(2) 利用者が入力する業務記録
・依頼者名
・案件名
・作業内容
・開始時刻、終了時刻、休止時間、作業時間
・その他、利用者が任意に入力する情報
(3) Google Drive / Google Sheets 関連情報
・利用者が選択または作成したフォルダ名、フォルダID
・利用者が選択または作成したスプレッドシート名、スプレッドシートID
・本アプリが表示、作成、更新、同期する Google Sheets 上のデータ
(4) アプリ設定情報
・表示言語
・保存先設定
・最近使用した候補情報
・その他、本アプリの動作に必要な設定情報
(5) サブスクリプション利用に関する情報
・本アプリの有料機能の利用可否を判定するために必要な購読状態に関する情報
・購入、更新、解約等に関連して Apple の仕組み上本アプリに提供される範囲の情報
3. 取得方法等
本アプリは、以下の方法で前条の情報を取り扱います。
・利用者が Google サインインを行うことにより、Google から必要な認証情報を受け取ります
・利用者が本アプリ内で入力した内容を端末内に保存します
・利用者の操作に応じて、Google Drive API および Google Sheets API を通じて必要な情報を取得、保存、更新します
・本アプリのサブスクリプション提供にあたり、Apple の App Store / StoreKit の仕組みを利用します。
・運営者は、前条の情報を自己の管理するサーバー等に収集・保存しません。ただし、利用者が Google サービスまたは Apple のサービスを利用する過程で、各サービス提供者に対して必要な情報が送信される場合があります。
4. 利用目的
本アプリは、前条の情報を以下の目的で利用します。
・利用者認証のため
・Google Sheets への記録保存、更新、削除、再読込のため
・保存先スプレッドシートやフォルダの選択、作成、切替のため
・過去入力候補の表示および利便性向上のため
・アプリ設定の保存および反映のため
・サブスクリプションの利用可否判定および有料機能提供のため
5. 運営者が直接取得する情報
運営者は、利用者からのお問い合わせがあった場合に限り、次の情報を直接取得することがあります。
・氏名または名称
・メールアドレス
・お問い合わせ内容
・その他、利用者が任意に提供する情報
6. 前条の情報の利用目的
運営者は、前条の情報を以下の目的で利用します。
・お問い合わせへの回答
・本人確認が必要な場合の対応
・運営者からの必要な連絡
7. 外部サービス
本アプリは、以下の外部サービスを利用します。
・Google Sign-In
・Google Drive API
・Google Sheets API
・Apple App Store / StoreKit
これらの外部サービスにおける情報の取扱いについては、各提供事業者の定めるプライバシーポリシーその他の条件に従います。
8. 第三者提供
運営者は、法令に基づく場合を除き、利用者情報を第三者に提供しません。ただし、本アプリは Google および Apple のサービスと連携して動作するため、利用者が本アプリを利用する過程で、各サービス提供者に対して必要な情報が送信される場合があります。
9. 保存場所
・本アプリに入力された記録や設定情報は、主として利用者の端末内に保存されます
・端末内に保存される主要な業務記録データ等を格納するアプリ内保存ファイルには、iOS のデータ保護機能による保護設定を適用しています。これにより、対応端末では、端末がロックされている間、当該保存ファイルへのアクセスが制限されます
・Google Sheets に保存した記録は、利用者自身の Google アカウント上の Google スプレッドシートに保存されます
・サブスクリプションの購入、請求、管理等は Apple の仕組みを通じて行われます
・運営者は、自己の管理するサーバーへ前記情報を保存しません
10. 保存期間
・端末内の情報は、利用者が削除するまで保存されます
・Google Sheets 上の情報は、利用者が Google 側で削除するまで保存されます
・お問い合わせに関する情報は、対応に必要な期間および法令上必要な期間保存することがあります
11. 利用者による管理
利用者は、以下の方法により情報管理を行えます。
・本アプリ内の設定変更を行う
・Google Drive / Google Sheets 上のファイルを利用者自身で削除または変更する
・Google アカウントの権限管理画面から、本アプリへのアクセス権を取り消す
・Apple Account の設定からサブスクリプションを管理または解約する
・本アプリを端末から削除する
12. 未成年の利用
未成年の方が本アプリを利用する場合は、必要に応じて保護者の同意を得たうえでご利用ください。
13. 安全管理措置
運営者は、利用者が入力する情報を保護するため、次の安全管理措置を講じます。
・本アプリが端末内に保存する記録データその他のデータベースファイル及び関連ファイルには、OS のファイル保護機能を適用し、端末がロックされている間はアクセスできないよう保護します。
・本アプリが端末内に保持する一部の認証又は設定関連情報は、OS標準の安全な保管機構を用いて保護します。
・本アプリと Google Drive API、Google Sheets API その他の外部サービスとの通信には、HTTPS による暗号化通信を用います。
・本アプリは、Google アカウントのパスワードを取得又は保存しません。Google との認証は OAuth 2.0 及び Google Sign-In を通じて行います。
・本アプリは、利用者の記録データを、利用者の端末内及び利用者が選択した Google Drive / Google Sheets に保存し、運営者の独自サーバーへ一括して収集・蓄積するものではありません。 ・運営者は、Google ユーザーデータについて、広告目的での利用、第三者へ提供、AI学習その他の利用を一切行いません。
14. ポリシーの変更
運営者は、必要に応じて本ポリシーを変更することがあります。重要な変更を行う場合は、本アプリ内または掲載ページ上で周知します。
